Return Policy

At Bella Medical Products, we stand behind our product line.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all peels, boosters, and skincare products returned with approval, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Choose between a credit to your account or a refund.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed using the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the products. Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within seven days of receipt so that we may investigate and, if appropriate, file a shipping claim with our carrier. Please send returns back to our warehouse.

Replacements for damaged or defective products require a photo, lot number, and expiration date. Please email lana@theperfectdermapeel.com.

We do not sell directly to consumers. Patients must contact their providers regarding return policies and procedures.
