At Bella Medical Products, we stand behind our product line.
We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all peels, boosters, and products returned with approval and in new condition, in original packaging.
Choose between a credit on your account or a refund. 
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds; there are no refunds on shipping fees.
All refunds are processed using the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the products. Note: we do not cover return shipping fees.
DAMAGES
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within seven days of receipt so that we may investigate and, if appropriate, file a shipping claim with our carrier. Please send returns back to
our warehouse.
REPLACEMENTS
Replacements for damaged or defective products require a photo, lot number, and expiration.
