Nafeh Sebai Chairman, founder and former CEO of Bella Medical Products. Dedicated to delivering proven solutions to the global medical aesthetic industry. Before founding Bella Medical, he served as CEO and co-owner of Vitality Institute Medical Products, maker of the VI Peel, where he grew the business into an internationally recognized brand. He also served as President of Master Tile and Tredex California, Inc. Mr. Sebai earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Denver and an MBA from USC. Originally from Lebanon, he moved to the U.S. in 1977 and now lives in Los Angeles.

Sam Sebai is the CEO of Bella Medical. He shapes the in-house agenda and directives for the company and oversees international distribution and exclusive partnerships.
Sam has extensive experience in business strategy, marketing, and international and domestic product distribution. He enjoys helping prospective clients with broad-based and comprehensive knowledge of THE PERFECT DERMA™ PEEL products.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Sam is a world traveler fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. He enjoys basketball, soccer, traveling, and exploring new cultures in his free time. Sam lives in Los Angeles.

Dr. Manoucher Rashti brings over five decades of medical expertise to his role as Medical Director of Bella Medical Products. A Los Angeles-based physician, Dr. Rashti has built an exceptional career at the intersection of general medicine and aesthetic practice, combining clinical excellence with innovative leadership in medical aesthetics.

Dr. Rashti maintains an active general medical practice in Los Angeles, where he has served patients for more than 50 years. He is the owner and medical director of Zoroaster Medical Spa, where he provides expert medical oversight for advanced aesthetic procedures. His extensive hospital affiliations include Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, and Providence Saint John's Health Center. With his unique perspective bridging traditional medicine and aesthetic innovation.

Dr. Rashti ensures that Bella Medical Products maintains the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and clinical excellence. 

Lana Partridge is a driving force behind Bella Medical Products' strategic growth and operational excellence. Since joining the company in 2011 as Territory Sales Manager for Los Angeles, she has evolved into a key leader who oversees the company's operations, business development initiatives, and core infrastructure.

Born in Croatia and raised across Europe, Lana brings a global perspective to her leadership role. Fluent in English, Croatian, and German, she expertly navigates diverse markets and fosters relationships with medical professionals worldwide. As Vice President of Operations, Lana directs day-to-day business operations, spearheads strategic planning, and drives the company's continued expansion.

Her background as a fashion entrepreneur informs her business acumen and strategic vision, while her deep product knowledge and years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry enable her to provide exceptional support to physicians and aesthetic practitioners. Lana remains passionate about empowering women to look and feel their best.Lana's leadership has been instrumental in expanding Bella Medical Products' market presence and establishing the company as an industry leader in medical-grade skincare solutions. She currently resides in Los Angeles.

Erika Kamish is a nationally board-certified physician assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine. She earned her bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University in New York before completing her physician assistant training at Western University of Health Sciences.

In addition to her clinical practice, Erika provides expert guidance to providers and plays a key role in shaping product protocol content for Bella Medical, where she helps establish best practices and treatment standards.

Based in Los Angeles, Erika offers exclusive on-site concierge aesthetics services, bringing personalized treatments directly to her clients. She has built her reputation on a sophisticated, minimalistic philosophy, achieving naturally elevated results that enhance rather than transform. At the heart of her approach is a fundamental principle: true beauty begins with a foundation of excellent skin care.

Maggie is a distinguished beauty industry leader with over 20 years of expertise spanning strategic sales, product innovation, and brand marketing. Her career demonstrates consistent success in delivering exceptional results for both mass-market and prestige brands. 

She directs global partnerships with premier contract manufacturers, overseeing the complete product development cycle from concept to market launch. Her comprehensive approach encompasses formulation strategy, packaging design, and supply chain management, ensuring seamless execution that drives brand growth.

As an educator and trainer, Maggie equips providers worldwide with advanced product knowledge and clinical expertise. Her credentials as a bilingual California-licensed skin specialist (English/Spanish) enable her to connect authentically across diverse markets.

Michelle Ray serves as Director of Communications at Bella Medical, where she drives organizational growth through cross-functional leadership and strategic execution.

Dedicated to products that enhance skin health and vitality, Michelle has built a career in medical aesthetics spanning nearly two decades. She began at Vitality Institute Medical Products in 2007 as Inside Sales Manager, developing comprehensive sales training programs and educational marketing infrastructure. She then advanced to Outside Sales Representative, where she increased sales across multiple West Coast territories.

At Bella Medical from 2014-2018, she led marketing strategy and sales operations, then consulted independently for medical spas and skincare manufacturers before returning to Bella Medical in 2024.

With a journalism background and deep industry expertise, Michelle creates compelling marketing and educational content for providers and consumers. She produces practitioner webinars, develops strategic initiatives, and guides company growth through innovative content that educates and inspires. Based between Los Angeles and Western North Carolina, Michelle brings clarity, vision, and authentic passion to her role.

Dina Mansour joined Bella Medical in 2019 as the PR and Social Media Marketing Manager for THE PERFECT DERMA™ PEEL, where she leads the brand’s public relations strategy, media communications, and digital presence, while also hosting its monthly Instagram Live shows. With a refined understanding of audience engagement, she bridges science, beauty, and human connection to bring the brand’s voice to life.

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, Dina brings both entrepreneurial insight and strategic vision to her role. She is the former owner of Hollywood Tan & Spa, a successful salon and spa which gives her a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to build, market, and grow a thriving aesthetics business.

Born and raised in Canada, Dina moved to the United States in the early 1980s and now calls San Diego, California home. She is a devoted mother of two daughters and a proud grandmother. Dina continues to apply her leadership and industry expertise to help The Perfect Derma™ Peel expand its reach and grow within the aesthetics market.
