Founded by Nafeh Sebai, Bella Medical Products is dedicated to developing innovative, result-driven skin solutions for the aesthetic medical industry. Our signature product, THE PERFECT DERMA™ PEEL, is the only medical-grade chemical peel with Glutathione, effectively treating pigmentation, melasma, sun damage, acne, and signs of aging across all skin types and ethnicities.

We partner with Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Cosmetic Physicians across the US and internationally to deliver cutting-edge, less-invasive treatments. Headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, we're committed to helping patients achieve healthy, ageless skin.

  • Nafeh Sebai | Chairman

    Nafeh Sebai is Chairman, founder and former CEO of Bella Medical Products, bringing over twenty years of experience identifying market trends and executing new product launches in the global medical aesthetic industry.
    Before founding Bella Medical, Nafeh served as CEO and co-owner of Vitality Institute Medical Products, maker of the VI Peel, growing the business into an internationally recognized brand. He also served as President of Master Tile and Tredex California, Inc. Originally from Lebanon, he moved to the U.S. in 1977 and now lives in Los Angeles.

    Sam Sebai is the CEO of Bella Medical, where he drives the company's strategic vision and oversees international distribution and exclusive partnerships across global markets. He brings extensive experience in business strategy, marketing, and scaling product distribution both domestically and internationally.
    Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, Sam leverages his multilingual capabilities and comprehensive understanding of THE PERFECT DERMA™ PEEL portfolio to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders worldwide. He is based in Los Angeles.

    Dr. Manoucher Rashti brings over five decades of medical expertise to his role as Medical Director of Bella Medical Products. A Los Angeles-based physician, he has built an exceptional career at the intersection of general medicine and aesthetic practice, combining clinical excellence with innovative leadership in medical aesthetics.
    He maintains an active general medical practice in Los Angeles and serves as medical director of Zoroaster Medical Spa, where he provides expert oversight for advanced aesthetic procedures. His hospital affiliations include Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, and Providence Saint John's Health Center, a breadth of experience that ensures Bella Medical Products maintains the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and clinical excellence.

    Lana Partridge is a driving force behind Bella Medical Products' strategic growth, joining the company in 2011 as Territory Sales Manager for Los Angeles and rising to Vice President of Operations, where she oversees day-to-day business, strategic planning, and continued expansion. Born in Croatia and raised across Europe, she brings a global perspective to her role, leveraging fluency in English, Croatian, and German to navigate diverse markets and foster relationships with medical professionals worldwide.
    Her background as a fashion entrepreneur, combined with deep product knowledge and years of experience in medical aesthetics, informs her business acumen and enables her to provide exceptional support to physicians and aesthetic practitioners. Lana's leadership has been instrumental in expanding Bella Medical Products' market presence and establishing the company as an industry leader in medical-grade skincare solutions, and she remains passionate about empowering women to look and feel their best.

She directs global partnerships with premier contract manufacturers, overseeing the complete product development cycle from concept to market launch while managing formulation strategy, packaging design, and supply chain execution.
    As a bilingual California-licensed skin specialist (English/Spanish), she educates and trains providers worldwide with advanced product knowledge and clinical expertise. Maggie's leadership centers on developing superior products and empowering providers with the knowledge they need to succeed.

  • Michelle Ray Friedman | Director of Communications

    Michelle Ray is Director of Communications at Bella Medical, where she drives organizational growth through cross-functional leadership and strategic execution. With nearly two decades in medical aesthetics, she began her career at Vitality Institute Medical Products in 2007 before joining Bella Medical in 2014 to lead marketing strategy and inside sales.
    After an independent consulting period working with skincare manufacturers, she returned to Bella Medical in 2024. In addition to external marketing and education, Michelle oversees intra-office communications, ensuring alignment across teams. She develops compelling content, practitioner webinars, and strategic initiatives that educate and inspire both providers and consumers.

    Dina Mansour joined Bella Medical in 2019 as PR and Social Media Marketing Manager, leading the brand's public relations, media communications, and digital presence, including monthly Instagram Live shows. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, she brings both entrepreneurial insight and strategic vision to her role, including her background as the former owner of Hollywood Tan & Spa.
     Born and raised in Canada, Dina moved to the United States in the early 1980s and now calls San Diego, California home. She continues to apply her industry expertise to help The Perfect Derma™ Peel expand its reach and grow within the aesthetics market.
