Fill Out the Order Form
Choose your Peel Sets, Boosters, skincare, and SPF, with prices listed. Add your clinic details and your medical director's signature. Fill in only the fields that apply to Canadian clinics.

Send It In
Email your completed order form to Lana Partridge, Vice President of Operations and your personal rep. She'll confirm your order (and send a DHL shipping quote for orders under $1,500), then get it on its way.
Minimum Order2 Sets (12 peel treatments) for all Canadian orders. No exceptions.
PricingAll prices are in USD.
ShippingOrders of $1,500 USD or more ship FREE. For orders under $1,500, we ship with DHL and quote your shipping cost once we receive your order form.
